Process / Delivery conditions

The Wood is not yet physically established in Europe or Canada to have available stock, the vast majority of products are made to order. A manufacturing delay will be appreciated.
Transport is provided by sea, a delivery time of around fifty days is to be considered, from port to port, for mainland France.
X days for Martinique.
X days for Canada (Montreal).
Road transport to your door is outsourced.

We are currently able to deliver worldwide. The delivery charge is not a flat rate, it varies depending on your location. When you finalize your order, you will need to enter your address, our algorithm will automatically calculate the delivery costs right to your door!

Unloading the truck and handling for furniture storage may not be provided by some carriers. Unfortunately, this is not our responsibility. If you would like assistance at this time, please let us know when paying for your order via the contact form . This service is expensive and will be subject to a quote.
For bulky orders (1 full container), delivery to your home or site can be made directly from the port, provided that access routes allow it. Depending on your location, transport costs in this context can vary considerably. The different formulas will be offered to you.
